haha me neither. they just dont get it! think it's about £160. and we'd need spendin money etc.
i'm muckin about with those ideas just now, tryin to get it to flow better. i've learned the timing for the lead bit as well. it'll come together soon enough!
Their early work was a little too new wave for my taste. But when 'Sports' came out in '83 I think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost!
don't know if i'll be able to afford the nightmare before christmas thing. and there's only 4 person room left, we'd need to finf a couple more folk. practice friday?
yeah i left with cat gavin martyn ross and that wee idiot that was steamin. ended up drinking under that bridge at the mall next to the cavern? with cat vinnie dougie and gavin! aha was gid laugh. aw sound, it was freeezin outside! u have a good time rest of the weekend? xxxxx
Don't worry about it, you get 3 cracks at it, you'll be grand. I'm in Spain at the moment, out here till August, then move into the flat with that cunt baz. So unfortunately won't manage 13th note gig. I was in Switzerland earlier in the summer and was talking to some guys at a festival thing I was at, got some details, he said give him a buzz about organising some bands. I had a thought that Culann, Reginald, Our Project with Jamie could all go over and do a nice Scottish set next summer. It's cheap accomadation and I know my way about that area, so would be good like.
You getting much weather for kite boarding the now? Seen your pics man, fucking cool beans.
hahah cheers man. we've booked a gig with derek for the end of june, his note gig. he said you guys were thinking about playing, you should, be good to get a gig with the mighty culann :) hope you like the other songs too if you've had a chance to listen. BUMPED hahah. colin.

CD is really good though man, thanks for slipping me it haha. never got to say bye, was standing outside after tfs and jamie got a phonecall from some guys in stewarton saying they needed an emergency P.A system for a pub gig. there was money in it too haha so i boosted off to do that. no other bands i wanted to see anyway.
