    .. ...... I'm a husband, father, grandpa (just call me pops), musician, singer, songwriter and an official all around dabbler in the "this-and-that's" category.. Love to be outside but drive a desk during the day. Sling a little ink once in a while, ride me scooter (no, it's not a vespa) every chance I get.. I love to listen for things that my kids come up with such as the phrase "That's cool as dang daddy".. I've been doin the music thing for almost 20 years. I don't think that I would have ever picked up a guitar if it wasn't for my good buddy Steven Hershberger.. That day when he came waltzin outta the greenhouse just after calling to me from across the lake with the sound of his drums like a snake charmer.. That was the beginning of it all. Thanks buddy! Since then I've jammed with numerous musicians that have inspired me in many ways, John Wright, John Reynolds, James Barker..(the Nostalgic Front days) and many others.. Some of my other influences are Rush, Queensryche, Winwood, Gilmour, Sting, DMB and a ton more.. I've spent the last 4 years in a local cover band called "Undesided".. We played a wide variety of tunes.. and tons of gigs in and around the clear lake, san leon, galveston area.. However I recently pulled out of Undesided and decided to spend some more time with my rugrats and also spend some time writing some original music and see where it goes.. I'll see you somewhere out there
