| About Season |
Season grew up in the Bay Area of California, and has been singing all her life. She is self-taught on piano and guitar, which combines with a love for songwriting in a unique expression. She has played all over California, in areas such as San Jose, San Francisco, Orange County, Chico, and Los Angeles.
Season has overcome some life challenges that have expanded her perspective. She is back in the swing of her dream, and continues to push forward to pursue her passion in life. Her music evokes a deeper experience in everyone who hears it.
She has appeared multiple times in local media. Most notably, a piece of her story can be seen in a June of 2005 addition of The Chico News and Review. She hopes her story will grow, and inspire others.
Season has appeared a few times live on KZFR, Sacramento Valley radio, performing her own music, and accompanying with percussion and backing vocals with various artists.
She has worked with the artist Xolie Morra.
She has also worked on production, vocals, and percussion for Selkie.
Events where She has been a featured performer include The Chico Women's Club "Celebration of Women" fund raiser, and The Chillith Fair, a showcase of female singer/songwriters, where she received a glowing review in the Synthesis magazine:
"The performance by multi-instrumentalist, singer/songwriter Season took the audience by storm. Her captivating musical ability and intense energy made me feel as though I was watching a class act performer on the big stage. Playing both guitar and keyboards, she showed a dynamic range of songwriting genius. This was woven together nicely with her creative and wide-ranging vocal styles. Unbelievable performance!"
Update:
Season recently moved to Los Angels to pursue musical opportunities. She is writing new songs and has begun recording projects. A new song called "You Want It" is already up for your to hear!
