Dislocated, which somehow broke the shoulder blade and did some damage to the rotator cuff, but they popped it back into place... And the shoulder blade isn't used in movement, only to protect the 'ball and socket' joint that is your shoulder... So I can still poi and dance and freehand and everything, and I got badass pain meds if it gets bad, so all good here... You going to the club this weekend?
