Frances “Ces” Ndorongo is the next breakthrough artist in the music industry. This talented singer, songwriter and aspiring producer was born and raised in Illinois. Ces natural vocal abilities quickly developed at an early age. Inspired by artists such as Aaliyah, and Destiny’s Child, she knew music was something she wanted to pursue. She found a strong passion for Pop and R&B music as the lead singer of the group “Simply Sweet, ” Ces began writing her own music in 2004. Now at age 17, Ces is no stranger to performing in various talent shows and competitions throughout Central Illinois. She has been invited to perform her original music and the National Anthem at events with large crowds. Ces, eager to take her music to the next level chose to complete a full album entitled "Snap & Pose.
