About Second Encore Productions - CD REPLICATION & MERCH
Founded in 2004 by Chris Hereth (formerly of ON4 Productions, Reebok International, and Turtle's Music), Second Encore Productions is the place to go for anything from CD and DVD replication to custom-printed guitar picks. Why should you get your CDs replicated at Second Encore Productions?
Quick pre-approval process.
Once you place your order, we usually get your online proof back to you within 24 hours. Other replication companies can take as long as long as seven business days to get your proof to you. So if someone else is claiming that they can get your CDs to you in twelve business days, ask 'em how long their pre-approval process takes. Go ahead. Ask 'em. I betcha it'll be a helluva lot more than 24 hours...
Lowest prices.
We check out the competition's prices all the time, and we can proudly say that we blow their prices out of the water. Curious as to how we can pull that off? Because our overhead is much lower than our competitors' overhead. They might have several offices all around the country, or they might mail out their big and shiny catalogs, but ya know what? You're paying for all of that.
Highest quality.
We use the same replication facilities that the major labels use. Our quality is just as good as theirs. "Nuff said about that.
No hidden fees whatsoever.
If we think there's the slightest possiblity that your order might incur an extra charge for something, we will proactively let you know BEFORE you place your order and make your payment, rather than AFTER (like so many other replication companies do). Why should this be a big deal to you? CD replication companies (including Second Encore) have no-refund policies that initiate once the order has been placed and the initial payment has been made. The problem with some of the other companies out there is that they don't tell you up front about any potential extra charges until they are halfway into the order process (and yes, they know about those extra charges well in advance...), leaving you in a position where there's nothing you can do but shell out more money. Translation: the great deal you thought you were getting isn't that great after all, but it's too late to do anything about it.
