| General | SECONDHAND CHIC CONSIGNOR AGREEMENT
This policy is designed to allow us to maintain the highest quality clothing while earning you the most money for your items. As a consignor, you are valuable to our business, for you provide our product for both of our profit. Please keep this in mind when dropping items off. Please do not bring in outdated, dirty or ruined clothing. By following our strict policy, we can and will continue to provide you with great return on your clothing investment.
1. You must call or e-mail for an appointment.
2. ALL items must be clean!! No stains or rips of any kind.
Please limit items to 30 neatly folded items.
3. Sizes accepted are 14 girls up through 19 in juniors.
We DO NOT accept mens clothing.
4. Account payout is 35% of selling price. Cash payouts
available once a month or 50% store credit for
store credit at time of consigner setup.
which can be used anytime.
5. Any money not collected by consignors after
6 MONTHS WILL REVERT TO CREDIT ONLY.
6. We allow your items on the racks for 90 days. If there is an item you would like to have returned, please notify us by e-mail manager@secondhandchic.net within the 90 days. After 90 days all items become the property of Secondhand Chic.
