My life is honestly not very exciting. I work at a local Starbucks to pay the bills. I write and play on my off time. I like to do things on impulse which may or may not be a good thing. I'm addicted to the television show Weeds (on Showtime). Let's see... I was born in Louisiana, moved around a bit while growing up, and ended up in Panama City, Florida when I was 8. Been here ever since. (You may think it's nice to live close to the beach, but seriously, there's not that much to do here). My parents both play the piano and taught me at a really young age. I play by ear since I can't read sheet music, and can make up a tune on the fly with my piano 'coz I'm cool like that. If you want to find out anything else, just shoot me a message & I'll respond. that's because it HAS been forever, unfortunately. :( i've been well, though. anxious to fill out applications for universities in the fall. how are you doing with your music and everything else??

Once drove an old sedan, up north, From a place in Sydney to Cairns; Then to Kuranda I went forth, By train, to look without set plans.
I browsed through the trendy market, With fresh fruits of tropical kind; Walked to the creek through lush thicket - Nature’s hand giving peace of mind.
I dined in a scenic cafe; Then, outside, as I wrote for yen, Some passing Kooris called-out: “Hey, You go walkabout with your pen.”
Request or question, I don’t know - Assured voices, elderly men. That’s now several years ago, And I’ve seen the world - with my pen.

Hello My Dear Friends!
<br /> Sorry I haven't been in touch for so long, but over the winter I had major abdominal surgery, and though recovery has been slow, it has been steady and I'm starting finally to feel like my old self again. For surviving my wife bought me a new Stratocaster that I hope to include on some new songs in the very near future. I hope all is well with you and that 2009 is bringing BIG things your way. I just wanted to stop by and say I'm still alive ....literally!

Bummer:( We use Logic Pro, an assortment of different mics, a two-channel preamp and Scott's room, lol. We're about to endeavor into the word of drum recording, it's kind of a learn as you go kinda thing, we still have some old recordings that we did about a year ago that are dreadful, we just had to learn how to use our equipment.
Just listened to your Imogen mix on SoundCloud. I'll add some timed comments to the track. It was instantly one of my favourites - I think it's going to be a hit on the twestival site :) I use Logic and a few other pieces of software. Completely digital set up at the moment.
I was thinking exactly the same thing! Your vocal is great! There's no reason we need to live close to collaborate... I think we just proved that with the Imogen Heap project :)
