Secret Aardvark Hot sauce is hand made right here in Portland. We began producing and selling our sauce at Portland farmers markets in 2003. We also sell our products to local Markets and restaurants (See link below). We now would like to offer it to all local restaurants to give you a local alternative to the standard issue Tabasco and Cholula sauces.
