The Secret Cervix are a deathrockin' female-fronted junk punk performance art band based out of Northern New Jersey. We've been around the block with a bunch of different lineups over the years playing with everyone and anybody at clubs all over NY, NJ, and PA.
We've played with some incredible bands along the way, including shows with The Adicts, Fear, The Exploited, The Deep Eynde, The Independents, Bella Morte, The Vibrators, Los Gatos Locos, Gene Loves Jezebel, Deadbolt, The Brickbats, Total Chaos, Pork Dukes, LES Stitches, Dave Brockie Experience, Sunshine Blind, Ausgang, The Midnight Creeps, The NY Rel-X, All or Nothing HC, Shiragirl, The Shocker, Paramore, Antiworld, Cinema Strange, the Murder Junkies, and tons more!
Our self-published debut CD is finished but no release date is scheduled yet. The cd was recorded with Jacques Cohen at The Space Recording in Poughkeepsie, NY and includes all of the classic Cervix noise. hang on, hopefully soon!

Help Build & Support The Radical Arts Library & Archive in Long Beach on May 23rd, 2009 12p-12a. This is your space too. This project's goal is to bring artists, activists, progressive thinkers-educators, musicians and young people together in the Long Beach/Los Angeles area for a DIY (Do It Yourself) Think Globally Act Locally Womyn-GLBT-Animal Friendly Enviroment where youth can have a safe and positive space to learn, grow, create and be themselves. Its all about respect and love for life and recognizing the need for positive change then doing something about it. Needed are volunteers, teachers, writers, poets, artists, activists, vegans, musicians and donations of art, posters, pamphlets, zines, books, art materials, paint, furniture, vegan food and so much more.
