| General | TOO MANY INTERESTS. NOT ENOUGH TIME. | | Music | Right now I'm not listening to much music. I suppose this goes with my not tattooing? And when I do listen, I'm most likely to be listening to Bach or Boccherini. | | Movies | Hey, I've put up a list! Here it is: Fight Club. Pulp Fiction. Taxi Driver, Raging Bull, Goodfellas.Crimes and Misdemeanors. Crooklyn. Do The Right Thing.Lots of Asian films whose names I've forgotten; ones I remember: Spring, Summer, Winter, Fall. . .and Spring, The Isle, Oldboy, Audition, Visitor Q. Quirky sweet English comedies like Waking Ned Devine. Forget this: there's at least a hundred films I've enjoyed. Why wasn't V for Vendetta a hit? | | Television | Criminal Minds. I have a big crush on Dr. Reid. It's pathetic. | | Books | AGAIN, TOO MANY, TOO LITTLE TIME. I wish I could read French, German, Ancient Greek, Japanese, Chinese, and Russian (oh, I wish I could read every language). I'm waiting for the microchip to insert in my brain. I hate translations, but make do, piddle around with translating and then move on. . Presently, I'm really interested in reading anything by Albert Ellis, a cranky shrink who focuses on rationality. I also spend too much time reading Andrew Sullivan's "the Daily Dish" blog and anything about fragrance. . . | | Heroes | I don't have any heroes. I admire an artists' work without wanting to know anything about them. The closest I've ever come to being a fan of anyone is Iggy Pop ,Keith Richards and Andy Warhol. They're all just people, only with varying degrees of fame. What they've done interests me. |
