still sailing through the things you do and wasting all my little dreams on unwound watches and the things that make the time go faster still and all along the window sill lie little locks to keep the wind out cracking up along the sides but never breaking and besides the patterns that the sunlight makes erase the winter's cold embrace not even death or lively laughs lay waste to the sweet serene sarcastic drips of daisies dewdrops on the delicate drive to drift along seamlessly singing summer's last serenade surrendering to colder things and the greater good for everyone except the few remaining seeds an aimless task a tedious destination a source of stressful competition comprised of callous condfounded freedom locking in on timeless targets turning passion into regrets wishing for the winter's vacant violence to return with fury running rampant all the squeamish salesmen suffer for the scent of autumn's brother careful not to craft another season of sequential failures figures of fatigue and farmers daughters sons and cousins waiting for the moon to conjure moods of successful business men and ladies wrapped in plastic pleasing playthings the peril of the pious the picture of perfection lost in graves containing carnivores and parasites and purity and the plight of life and death and a ripe summer squash no wonder the sanity of the sanctity of everything ever imagined is constantly questioned by the founders of foul play a day for celebration and the realization that each breath is borrowed by the breather and the beauty of the billows in the pillow pressed against the ear of each and every year that passes
