Kosmica Music in Los Angeles have released the Secret Stealth album Hooked On You!
That's right Bocajito are proud to announce the licensing of the new Secret Stealth Album to Kosmica (www.myspace.com/kosmicamusic and www.myspace.com/Secretstealthus) in Los Angeles! Kosmica A+R supremo Mark Bell (of Blakkat and Shaboom fame) is a longstanding fan of the Bocajito crew, he fell in love with the latest Stealth offering and now its due for a full scale release in the USA. Since the Americans didn't really get a full portion of the first album, they've taken Dream Of You and dragged Holly into the studio to revocal Here To Stay. So the release is 12 tracks and is called Hooked On You. This will mean that Mince&Onions is only available in UK and Ireland ( and from our website worldwide) and Hooked On You will be available world wide form August. If you want a preview listen then scoot over to www.bocajito.com and check out the jukeboxes section. Mince&Onions is available direct from bocajito as a CD album (mailed worldwide) or a download.
Secret Stealth Is a collaboration between two of Nottinghams heavyweights, Jim Baron (Crazy Penis, Ron Basejam) and Bob Sadler (Fug, Waxploitation, Fram).
Initially started as an excuse to wear silly hats and pilfer old records, it soon became apparent that the two worked well together. The secret would not be kept for long, their first E.P. was signed to the very fashionable Bear Funk.
The project developed with the help of vocalists Holly Backler (crazy Penis), Tom Bailey (Fug, Neon Heights, Waxploitation) and Katty Heath (Bent) with many of Nottinghams top musicians cueing up to get involved.
The whole album can be listened to for free at www.Bocajito.com so go on over and check it out.
Secret Stealth has also now become a rocking live show so check up the upcoming gig listings and come along and join us.
Hello , Nassau is back , after the remix of Rachel Claudio & Nicolas Vautier “Gotcha”on Jaffa Music and the original track “ Rebound “ with Krista on Mutated Music ,it s time to introduce you Asha Edmund – Carry me over on Gotta Keep Faith Records.
WOW, what a classic!! New french producers craft this amazing soul track featuring mixes from Stereo Mutants & Keith Thompson.
Rebound is a beautifully crafted house track that oozes soul in all it’s forms, Nassau are Thomas Deschamps & Didier Limonet, with previous releases on Soulfuric and Yellow Productions and their recent remix of Rachel Claudio these guy’s are serious new contenders in the house scene. Krista wrote and perfomed the vocal which compliments the production perfectly... To finish off the package the Stereo Mutants turn in 2 mixes for those deeper dancefloor moments and Keith Thompson gets to turn in a special little mix too….
Thanks 4 The Support. Staying Alive. Best Regards .Didier Limonet Member of Nassau.

It seems like years since the last Moorfest happened and to be honest I think the weather was very much a factor in whether people enjoyed themselves or not. Some thrived in the mud whilst others wept until their dads could pick them up. Moorfest is still carving an identity for itself and in the three years that it has been established I think I can say that the one thing that most people love about it is the friendly atmosphere, and this gig is a good opportunity to meet up with friends that perhaps you haven't seen since the festival, to make new friends, enjoy quality music, get a flavour of Moorfest if you haven't already been and also to talk to the organisers in order to give your opinions on how to improve the festival.
KLEZMA TRIP - Are simply an awesome live band. Featuring the amazing musicians that are Giuliano Modarelli, Bill Laurance, Sam Hobbs and Joe these guys had a packed Brudenell dancing all night to infectious eastern grooves which blends aspects of funk, jazz, reggae and indian music into a medicine which you just want spoon after spoon of. Although they are yet to have there own myspace, you can get a flavour here:.. http://www.myspace.com/giulianomodarelli
VESSELS - These guys absolutely rocked Moorfest with mucho hardness and aplomb. They're always getting better, bigger and probably older too. Massive soundscapes, deliciously simple melodic guitar meanderings, vocals that haunt but are still comforting and an intensity that sucks you directly into their world. http://www.myspace.com/vesselsband
COWTOWN - Instant party merchants and connoisseurs of novelty, the Cowtown crew are like a reflex to an injection of arabic coffee directly into both cheeks of your bottom that remains long after they've finished. Skewed sharp guitar riffs, electro kitsch synths and sparse and hard rock drums is one way of summing them u
