SEDATIVE makes its first steps in 2000 in Chamonix (Haute-Savoie) with Nico and Rico (guitars and vocals), and a drum-machine. The first demo's
out : " Deviance Malsaine ".
After some concerts in duet, then in trio with Lolo (bass), Bertrand comes to take drum, so replacing drum machine. The group announces clearly
the color: death metal / grindcore.
Fred joins the band for vocals in 2005: the first album "Inconscience" comes out the same year. Lolo leaves the band and is replaced by Yan.
In 2007, Rico leaves the group, leaving the square to Fred in the second guitar. Mulk joins SEDATIVE for vocals. The same year, SEDATIVE
brings out their first E.P. "Ictus".
After several concerts in France and Swiss, SEDATIVE brings out in 2009 its new album " Lobocaine ". Recorded with Jéjé (guitarist of MUMAKIL,
NEBRA) in the studio Terrier 5 in Geneva. This new album takes us in a universe so fat as massive, where the traditional death metal is goes
alongside to the hardcore, to the punk, and to the grindcore.

sort alors sous le nom de "Déviance Malsaine".
Après quelques concerts en duo, puis en trio avec Lolo à la basse, Bertrand vient prendre les fûts, remplaçant ainsi la boite à rythme. Le groupe annonce
clairement la couleur : death metal/grindcore.
Fred intègre le groupe aux chants en 2005 : le premier album "Inconscience" sort la même année. S'en suit le départ de Lolo, remplacé par Yan.
En 2007, Rico quitte le groupe, laissant la place à Fred à la deuxième guitare. Mulk intègre le groupe aux vocaux. Cette même année, SEDATIVE sort
leur premier E.P. "Ictus".
Après plusieurs concerts en France et en Suisse, SEDATIVE sort en 2009 son nouvel album "Lobocaine". Enregistré sous l'oeil de Jéjé (guitariste de
MUMAKIL, NEBRA) au studio Terrier 5 à Genève. Ce nouvel album nous emmène dans un univers aussi gras que massif, où le death métal "tradi" côtoie le
hardcore, le punk, et le grindcore.
