Hello, my name is Kelly Bianchi-(Burnison) I am happily married to a wonderful man, Eddie!!! We have been married for 3 yrs. We have 4 daughters and have a grand-daughter born on Feb 23, 2008. I am a cake artist. I have been decorating and sculpting cakes for 14 yrs. I first started decorating cakes when I worked at Food Town on Telegraph in Monroe, Mi. Later, I started working at Chysler, still doing cakes for people I work with and also family and friends. I worked there for 8 yrs, then took the buyout from Chrysler June 2007. I quit there to start my own cake business. I would also like to start renting FAKE cakes. The reason for this is because a bride can get the cake of her dreams and not have to pay the price that comes along with a huge cake. You can have a $1000. cake for $300. Although the display cake is fake, you will have a sheet cake in the back room for your guests. Say u have a guest list of 100 people, well these huge "Fake cakes" if they were real could feed about 300 people. This way you could have the cake of your dreams and not waiste any cake. You can travel with these cakes, you really cant put a real cake on a plane and go to vegas!!!Or any where else you want to get married. Most of the cakes you see in bridal magazines are fake. Many of you, my dear friends, have asked me how JJ is doing. I figured it would be easier just to let you all know this way. I'm caring for him like a sick child nearly 24 hours a day. I don't get much sleep (I'm not complaining) these days so I often forget to get back to you as I have limited computer time as well. It's not that I don't read your messages or think about what wonderful friends God has blessed me with. I truly enjoy hearing from you and love getting messages, comments and emails. I do want you to know that if I don't reply right away I will as soon as I get a chance. I love each of you dearly and thank you so much for everything.
