Welcome to Descry's myspace page! Just a bit of background info:
Descy formed back in March 2006 when the twins were in a talent competion called "Inspire the Desire". They knew Andrew and Nathan from their homeschool group; Mark was a good friend of Nathan so he tagged along. The girls asked the guys to help them play their song during eliminations for the competition (how could the guys refuse! lol!) and the rest is history.
We played numerous gigs at church youth groups and other small venues. Also, we played several times at the Embassy Club which we enjoyed alot. We were also on local television!
We recorded our first song, "Burn", in September of '06 which was a ton of fun!! (a big thanks to DuoTone Studios). A second trip to the studio took place in January of '08, and two more songs were recorded. We hope to have some new tunes up soon! Thanks to the bands we've played with-- Shaddai, Atonement, Texas Mojo, Flood Warning, Soul Tide, Waiting for David, and lots more. AND.... Thank you to all of our fans (there's not a ton of you, but we're grateful nonetheless). We are in the process of regrouping, and will be back soon, so hang on!

sorry to hear about November 16th being your last show! would have been awesome to see you guys continue with this great Musical ministry but who knows maybe God will use all of you in other ways musicallly speaking! Keep God at the Center of what you do!
