Smock Fam's general Seemore Bluntz a.k.a. Melvin Temple is a 25 year old aspiring hip hop artist out of Staten Island New York trying to seek a career in the music industry. He has been writing songs since the age of 8 and was influenced by many people. He had a lot of years to find a style that fits himself to show who he is with a universal sound that stands out from the rest.
He always asked himself: "Out of a million MC's, why would he think he deserves a shot?" Well, he would just simply reply "faith and fate". He felt like this is what he was put here on the Earth to do. God granted him the gift of speech and he found a way to utilize it. It's been a dream of his since he was a child and once you keep at something, you'll eventually get where you need to be. He is an artist with originality and a delivery that'll make any hip hop ear take a seat and listen to what he would have to say. In addition, he feels like the game needs a change and Staten Island needs a new representative.
He cam from a poor background and all his life he struggled for the things that he got. With so much going on in his life, I am surprised that he still maintains the adrenaline to do music. His mother died of Lung Cancer this past July and that really took a toll on him. She knew that he has been writing music all these years and she always told him never to give up. She always wanted to see her son achieve his dream. Although she was hooked on drugs, she always loved him in her heart. His aunt and his grandparents had taken care of him and took him under the wing when nobody else would.
In conclusion, this is not for play. This is far from a joke. This is a business and this is something that Seemore takes very seriously. He possess one quality that a lot of artist in today's music are lacking; and that's devotion. Music is his first love and it always will be. All he need is the faith and belief in his music from others like he has in it and he plans to stick around for a long time.
