Anat, born October 20 1980, from the age of 6 was playing the piano – self taught and still playing. Until the age of 18 Anat composed many songs but never recorded and published them as an album.
At the age of 20, after the completion of her military service, Anat started looking for musicians in order to record an album. This is how she met Yaki Gani, who later on became the producer of her album, a member in the rock band "Rockfour" and a great friend.
The work on the album took about 3 years, its concept was: no guitars. "No guitars" means that the main instruments are: piano, keyboards, bass, drums, wind instruments and strings – all recorded live.
The unique impact of giving up the guitars, is mainly expressed by the great string parts, which replace the guitars. Many gifted musicians participate, such as: Ran Shem-Tov (Izabo), Bruch Ben-Izhak & Mark Lazar (Rockfour), Yoed Nir, Hen Shenhar, Ran Yaakobowitz, Or Curt (Zvoov Im Groove) and many more.
These days the album is being release in Israel and Anat is touring and performing with her new band: Oren Tamir (drums), Ariel Levental (bass), Ran Gil (keyboards), Noa Ayali (cello), Nitzan Canetty (violin), Daniel Tanchelson (viola).
