H.E. endeavors for the group to form for propagation, and has extended power through the music activity with steady steps. Moreover, he performs a lot as a cultural critic and a Sumo Wrestling critic on the television & radio. Recently, because the check of the whole activity is deliberate, H.E. is called Administrative Manager and the arrangements executive director of SEIKIMA-II.

Captain of Central Intelligence Agency in hell, and it is told that it keeps drinking one week without getting tired if "A hundred tales of Ace" is made a relish with drinking as “All talks lead to Ace”. Nobility. He is fourth drummer of SEIKIMA-II. He likes TV game matchless by having the license of mah-jong and TV game from Satan, and having columns in the game technical journal. Though he looks like wild, he is very methodical. So, it is told that his house is kept clean well.

Date of Birth：June 22, B.D.100036(B.C.98038)
Place of Birth：A trading port in Hell, “Side-Beach”.
Artist. He is a bassist the second of SEIKIMA-II that became a constituent member by the 4th Satanic movement in B.D.13. He is especially well informed about knowledge to a cultural district in the earth conquest mission. So, he is called Doctor, because he is calm and logical as "Mountain that doesn't move". While “Temporary university student who in hiding”, He went to the art university while the band at the training period was done with H.E.Demon and C.P.Ace, so he is artistic devil with the title of “painter”. The title called “a priest” is general for him recently.

【About SEIKIMA-II】
They are organized as part of "40 year plan of the earth conquest" from the hell because of Satan propagation. They adopted music for the propagation medium, and accomplished the earth debut (record debut) in September, B.D.14 (1985). Thereafter, they are promulgating the Chapters of Doctrine (known to humans as singles), Scripture of Doctrine (known to humans as albums), and Visual Records of Doctrine (Known to humans as videos) one after another now. They keep satisfactorily demonstrating the entertainment, and increasing the number of believers (like the fan) in the Mass (like the concert) without reference to age or sex. Moreover, through mass medias such as the televisions and the radios, their activities are widely taken an active part in not only music but also the variety, the culture, and the art district.
