Josh Eidenschink aka Seis Fifth began really trying to pursue rap as a career at the age of 18 (the name SEIS FIFTH comes from his birth defect of 6 ½ fingers. He has a full left hand and a pinky and stub on his right).With influences like 2pac, Camron, Fabolous, and Lil Wayne you can expect a lot of pain, struggle, and triumph in his lyrics. From his first solo release, “The Complicated Birth” in 2004 to the up and coming album “The Grind of a Troubled Mind” you can really hear and feel the change and growth in his life and career as an artist. He’s dropped, “The Complicated Birth ‘04, Back for Seconds the EP ‘05, Still Flippin 04207 ‘07, and soon “The Grind of a Troubled Mind” as a solo artist. In 2006 he released an album with his group CO2 called “WE HUNGRY WE EAT” and in 2007 “THE B.I.G. BOSS STARS.” He is now 23 and has been doing shows for 4 years now. In 2003 he met Lil D of Crush Productions and Mal Havoc of 7th Layer (before he was Mal Havoc). They met at a show at a place called Remy’s in Harrisburg, Pa. From there Lil D and Seis hooked up along with Seis’s partner and long time friend Trauma. Around the same time Mal Havoc started getting Seis Fifth and Trauma more shows and teaching us a little about the business. To this day they all still work together but doing their own thing.
There’s a lot this man has to get off his chest and plans to do it with a BANG!!! Don’t expect nothing but the best from this artist. A lot of people can relate to his story and need to feel him. He’s not going to stop and his music alone should let you know that. You want to know more then show him the support he’s worked so hard for. “A lot of people wanna hate me…fine…it’s those that take the time to get to know the real Seis Fifth I want around anyway.
