Seismic Records was founded on the 30th March 2005. With 9 years of experience of working in Records Shops it was time I started my own shop with my own ideals. The shop is still in it's infancy but with perseverance, hard work and a passionate love of music I hope to turn the shop into a haven for music lovers both young and old. The shop music policy is ' A good tune is good tune whatever the genre - we don't discriminate!' With my own personal tastes being diverse and eclectic to say the least I try to offer up good music in whatever form it may take. If I had to give an overview of the shop it would be DRUM & BASS Specialist also stocking DUBSTEP,BREAKBEAT, HOUSE, SOUL, FUNK, REGGAE and INDIE. The shop stock is predominantly Vinyl (Long Live The Black Gold!) also stocking a selection of CD's , Tape Packs, DJ accessories and T-Shirts. The shop also sells tickets for music events across the country. We also offer a fast and efficient CD ordering service. Please send us your wish lists to the contact addresses and numbers above.
Cool, would love to see some more big names in Leam... walking down the road to see big names is way better than driving to Brum/London and back in a night... but you know, maybe I just want my cake and to eat it...
Yeah, I heard they didn't show till just before they went on stage - pretty lame.. is that coz they didn't give the place any respect... I wonder?
You know the cru who sorted the program for that night? I liked what the warm up act was doing - Scottish live loop beat boxer? But couldn't help feeling it wasn't quite what the crowd wanted - a few comments were going round, would have been better with just a few old hip hop tracks playing, or something that would have fitted... I guess it's always gonna be tough to warm up for De La Soul! Still, sure they could've done something a bit better...
Suppose I should be grateful for what we got eh??? What are your thoughts?
Yeah, I went to the De La gig. Was awesome to see them in the Spa! Thought it was a shame the sound weren't as good as it coulda been. What did you make of it?
SEISMIC STUasaurus our lost bretheren.....Oh when can we eat delicious leaves and roam the plains again like in the days of yore?

What’s Crackin’ SEISMIC STU ? We’re hitting back our myspace folks to let you know that your prayers have been answered. What prayers, you may ask. Well, today my friends, the good reptiles over at Bossasaurus (namely the ones writing this message) have teamed up with Murs (Living Legends, Def Jux, 9th Wonder, etc.) to, for the first time ever, offer you a taste of our music with an emcee over them. If you hate emcees and were feeling the tranquility of our un-defiled instrumental works than we sincerely apologize for our critical error in judgment. Otherwise come on over and check out:
We hope you enjoy it. If you don't come thru and talk that sweet smack.
To celebrate our fifth release we have compiled a very special four track EP consisting of some of the best Jungle Techno producers & artists from past and present.
Thanks for the friend add. Remember to check out Heather Small playing at Royal Spa Centre, Newbold Terrace, Royal Leamington Spa, CV32 4HN on 18th May 2009!
