About Selfhelp

Hi there....I have been creating art and music under the moniker Selfhelp for quite a long time now. To describe me as a person well...I live by the rule that fun is number one! In my free time I like to hang with my son & my wife, watch oddball movies, play golf, drink beers and listen to early Black Sabbath, sketch with a felt-tip black ink marker on watercolor paper, I love putting on a waterproof hooded coat and a walkman and going for a walk when it is pouring rain outside. I feel humans are connected in many ways...so when I help myself be a better person I assist you all in enjoying this experience a bit more.
