MusicDoh Re Mi Fa So La Ti Do... not time enough for this one. I'm into most music, but tend NOT to like rap, techno, trendy radio pop, newer country (since early 80s), or anything foreign that tries to sound like american pop.

BooksAt age four I began sounding out the words in the captions next to the optical illusions in Mom's psychology textbook. From then on I was immersed in Grandma's encyclopedias... and eventually "hooked on phonics" (which should be spelled 'fonix').

In my early teens, I would read under the covers with a flashlight long after bedtime. When school-required reading became unbearable (Chaucer, Shakespeare, etc), I found solace in fantasy/sci-fi and rock music biographies.

After high school I discovered Jim Morrison's poetry, H. Hesse, Kerouac & the Beats, H. Miller, Anais Nin, Thoreau, Edward Abbey, Nietzsche, Virginia Wolf, Seamus Heaney, Czeslaw Milosz, Jack Gilbert, and I'm still full-throttle.

MASHAK TRIVIA: "The discovery of Cheese is attributed to Genghis Khan's army. (Genghis Khan means Universal leader, Born as Temujin 1167-1227). They were carrying Yak milk in 'Mashak' (intestines of the goat) on the backs of the mares. The rennet imparted from the Mashak to the milk and as the temperatures rose, the Yak milk turned into Paneer." —IndiaCurry.com

MORE MASHAK TRIVIA: "The Super Mashak is suited for a wide range of army co-operation missions based on forward air control, forward area support, reconnaissance, camouflage inspections," a defence expert said. "It can also target flying and target towing for training of ground units," he added. —Reuters

You'll often find Virgo being generous and apparently altruistic, giving freely of his time and skills, especially when it comes to teaching somebody how to do something. He loves to show his competence and is genuinely generous in sharing his knowledge.
