We're all about connecting to the larger church in Southeatern Minnesota. What do we do, you ask? Oh to count the ways...
* We facilitate the candidacy and call processes - meaning we help people (maybe you?!) figure out what that little voice is telling you about your calling and are right there through the entire process of becoming a pastor and then help pastors find congregations and congregations find pastors.
* We get people together to work on all kinds of ministry. This includes our relationships with the Central Diocese of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania and the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Colombia (our two companion synods). People also meet to talk about their ministry in such organizations as Women of the ELCA (WELCA), Lutheran Men in Mission, BLOC Heads (Building Lives on Christ - youth workers), LACE (Lutheran Association of Christian Educators), musicians, and congregational communicators.
* We also provide support for pastors in any way we can.
