One of the great things about the internet is because of sites like MySpace, YouTube, and UStream, the financial barrier to communicating on a mass scale is essentially nothing. With a video camera (or web cam) your message can be broadcast to more people in a single day than watch some of the most popular cable news shows. Social networking sites like this one provide candidates and elected officials the opportunity to participate in mass two-way communication -- not just talk at you.

Register to vote, and send Voltage to play at the Democratic National Convention. We have songs that are perfect for the event already written, and I am already the number one democrat at the DNC.
We've got to stop this 'retroactive immunity' for domestic spying FISA crap. It's not just about telephones, they recorded our Internet activities too. Its like having a Red Coat British Soldier staying in every house watching you on your computer. The Revolutionary War was fought over this type of bullshit and now the powers that be are trying to covertly smear it in our faces again.
Call your Senators, esp Barack Obama and let them know you don't want retroactive immunity for the telecom companies because honestly, what the fuck is going to stop them from doing it again if we don't bust them now?
