"SENSACION LATINA" is a "Seven Piece Band" that plays a Variety of Latin Rythms, including Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, Bachata, Cha-Cha, and etc.
It started in Summer of 1998, and after several changes, it settled into the current format which is this: Keys, Bass, Congas, Bongos, Timbales, and Two Lead Singers!
The Members of the Band include: Juan Plascencia- Keys, Bob Skoggin- Bass, Freddie Reyes- Congas, Ruben Adan- Bongos, Angel Diaz- Timbales, and Juan Bautista Ruiz and Enrique Muniz- on "Lead Vocals".
The Band was formed to play at the "Mpls. Cafe" and ended up playing 3-months short of Seven Years. Also this Summer it will be Sixth Year the Band has been playing at "Famous Dave's", and just ended- 2 1/2 yrs. at "Babalu" Restaurant.

Judith Orea Ojeda, AKA Mrs. MexaRican Cartel Age 32 - Mother Of 6 Passed Unexpectedly 10/19/09, Proud Mother/Wife/Advocate. She Will Be Missed Greatly By Her Loving Husband: Antonio Gonzalez, Beloved Children: Tacita, Antonio, Carmen, Jesus, Thalia & Noah Gonzalez. Mother: Carmen Orea, Plus Many Other Family & Friends. Judy's Work, Weather Teaching Teens, Advocating For Peoples Rights, Or Her Prevention Work Is A Legacy In Itself. Always There For Her Family & Many Others. Judy's Kindness Has Touched Many People.
