Sensuous Enemy, a four-piece electronic band from Madison, WI, was created in 2003 and is now comprised of alto vocalist front woman JAI, guitarist/programmer Jeff, keyboardist Terri, and electronic drummer/programmer John. SE blends driving drum sequences and hard techno and EBM synth lines and combines powerful velvety vocals with a subtle use of orchestral strings, piano, and vocal harmony, along with live electric rhythm guitar and drums that create a sublime visual stage presence. By 2005 SE released their first E.P. “Deadly Sins”, which featured artwork from local graphic artist Keith Graves and was mastered and produced by Eric Oehler of "Null Device".
The following year they added live guitar and live percussion to go along with their electronic background and powerful stage visuals. Their music is still electronically driven, but with the addition of the live guitar and drums, they now have that "rock" edge that moves their audiences. They have played great shows with infamous groups like Covenant, Razed In Black, The Cruxshadows, Imperative Reaction, Combichrist, Caustic, Ctrlshft, Bella Morte, All The Pretty Horses, Hungry Lucy, Zoica, Assemblage 23, Null Device, Android Lust, Stochastic Theory, Terrorfakt, I:Scintilla, Only Flesh and many others!
SE recently worked with Wade Alin of "Atomic Project" from Chicago, IL to record and produce their newest full length CD "Fragments".

We're just a little late on responding to this, ack, been so hectic this past week, announcing tours and stuffs. We all had a blast with you guys too, looking forward to more hanging out when you get back to the Chi, for sure with Dave and Wade again.
