I DJ Karaoke about 5 nights a week for a Company called Signature Sound. I DJ music, karaoke or even gaming if that's what your pleasure may be. Available for private parties, weddings & such. Concert quality equipment & over 170,000 songs (I'm constantly searching for the newest releases), to sing & almost that many to just play for whatever my crowd wants to listen to. I play roller derby for the High Seas Hotties.., 2006 championship roller derby team in the Dallas Derby Devils.

I work a lot as well as play derby so I don't have much time, especially for bullshit and drama. The little time I do have I tend to be selfish with and do absolutely nothing - which is all the me time I get. A girl gets to be selfish once in a blue moon dammit.

I'm a fun loving, surprisingly domesticated triple Libra. I love, I learn, I cry and I weep for the lives that fill my days with joy, wonder and sometimes pain.

Fill my belly full of great food, laughter, a nice wine and I will be one happy woman. Letting me cook & entertain you will produce the same results. I enjoy creating whether it be music, dinners or fascinating conversations. My favorites are as simple as peanut butter and honey sandwiches [bananas optional], being the best grilled cheese cook ever, creamy tomato basil soup, basically anything that includes tomatoes, cheese(s)s and wines yet give me a tasty sushi plate and I can be just as equally happy. I have always been willing to try something once; twice just to make sure I liked it the first time.

..A Couple of My Pet Peeves/Weird Quirks....

• I alphabetize everything
• if I can control it; numbers are always even, especially on the volume control
• close-minded, rude, nasty cruel-hearted people
• I can't seem to keep my legs from crossing while I sit
• not having my hand cream or rosebud salve to keep me moisturized!!
• micromanagement, seriously I need to go to work for myself.

I'm a HUGE collector of any and all things Betty Boop. I can't tell you how I discovered her as according to my Gramma all I would ever watch when I was a wee-lass was Betty Boop's cartoons. Since adolescents I've collected her dansbury mint porcelain dolls, miniature statuettes, pillows, blankets, t-shirts, various other stuffed dolls, salt & pepper shakers... I could go one but then this would turn out to be like an inventory list. boring. At one point in my younger years I was going to have Betty be the first tattoo I got but after taking months and month trying to decide where to put her & what pose(s) I wanted to use, I thought better of it. I couldn't subject my love to any stretch marks that I might get some day or even just fading colors from sun exposure. That would be just wrong to make her go through that! Also I had met a few girls that had Betty tattooed on their arm or back and when I inquired about their love for Miss Boop, they rolled their eyes and said "yeah, she's cool". She's cool??!! She's cool?? That's all they could say?? I was appalled that someone who got caught up in a passing 'trend' of Betty; a flash group of people who adored her for a couple months then forgot her name as if she were merely some one night stand... No, I love Betty far too much to disrespect her image in such a way. So yeah, my point was: I heart Betty Boop.

I'm not afraid of the unknown; I embrace all of life's idiosyncrasies. One of my favorite poets is ee cummings. Here is one of my faves by this brilliant & wonderful being.

Muscles better and nerves more. i like your body. i like what it does, i like its hows. i like to feel the spine of your body and its bones, and the trembling -firm-smooth ness and which i will again and again and again kiss, i like kissing this and that of you, i like,, slowly stroking the, shocking fuzz of your electric fur, and what-is-it comes over parting flesh . . . .
