We've always had trouble finding what to base our lyrical content around. This painting by Ed Miracle called "I Told You So" has always been our favorite from the first time we saw it hanging in our original bassists bathroom. It has inspired us to write a story around it and we're writing our music as you read this. Be prepared! If you ever want to know the story just ask.

About Seraphic Raze {crashed like a lead zeppelin}
Disaster struck.
On 14 June 2008, Drew Marett was picked up by Seraphic Raze assistant Eric Sites to attend rehearsals at Rhonda's for the upcoming tour of the United States, the band's first since 1977. During the journey Marett had asked to stop for breakfast, where he downed four quadruple vodkas (sixteen shots - or roughly 400ml - of vodka), with a ham roll. After taking a bite of the ham roll he said to his assistant, "Breakfast". He continued to drink heavily when he arrived at the studio. A halt was called to the rehearsals late in the evening and the band retired to Clay's house — The Old Mill House in Clewer, Windsor. After midnight, Marett had fallen asleep and was taken to bed and placed on his side. Eric Sites and Jacob Such found him dead the next morning. Marett was 32 years old. The cause of death was asphyxiation from vomit.
