I am a writer and award winning author. I know it sounds intriguing and amazing, but don’t let me fool you. In 2008 I won third place in the non-fiction category of Glendale Community College’s literary magazine The Traveler with my descriptive/narrative essay entitled “Exonerating Water”. I am working on my first novel and, simultaneously, the film version for shits and giggles.

I will be attending ASU in the spring for their undergraduate English degree program. I then will move onto my graduate/professional studies, with especial hopes of getting in Boston University’s English Masters program... Or the Cinema Make-up School... Or Film school?... Or maybe become a vagabond in the apocalypse?

I enjoy photography as my other creative outlet and reserve it as a hobby so as to not destroy my passion for it. This is the same reason why I won’t go into publishing or journalism. (Hah!) I enjoy conceptual, architectural/industrial, insect/bio-macro, and I’m slowly getting the hang of portraiture. Photography also fills the void of pride for sense of accomplishment that is not frequently obtained from my writings, as I don’t write as often as I should.

My life has its usual ups and downs for a twenty-year-old woman but I definitely have not fit the mold of many of my peers. I can say that once my Wikipedia page is built it will be an enjoyable read.

I enjoy discussing philosophy (hermeneutics, semiotics, metaphysics, etc…), astronomy and theoretical physics, current events and issues, as well as movies and television shows (Including Discovery Ch., History Ch. and Science Ch. programming).

Overall, I’m an extremely content person who enjoys life slowly but cannot wait to share what’s in my head and get paid for it.
