create art, achieve altered states, to share these altered states, to heal others, to heal myself, to grow, to stay young, to spiritually connect.
Music
What moves me in dance is electronic music, and I have fantasies of making my own some day as I hear compositions in my head all the time. Favorites: Lusine, Mr. Projectile, Kiln, Slidecamp, Modeselektor, Chronomad, Dhruva and Sub Swara crew, ummmm more to come. Where would i be without music. Music is the medicine. music is a deeply personal experience for me.music is a sacred experience that drives the soul to create more.

About me:
My eyes are focused upon a path of abundance. plump fruit hanging from trees, flowers overgrown at my feet, warm shade, cool breeze...absolute and complete well-being, at peace with every creature crossing my path, gratitude in the deepest form for my life as it is right now. The people of my life right now. ..
I tread this path through sleeping and waking. I am always searching for the next level. My most important highest priority is to operate on a spiritual level. Dance is the medium thru which I manifest this spiritual being that is me. I am a dancer. I am a priestess of long ago. I am a warrior of today, fighting to expose the truth of my own existance and fighting to create and hold on to the perception of the world that I have created. Through this perception I transform. I do not want to think about how I am doing...I just want to do it.
The next level in dance is not so much about physical prowess, although I find it important to drill and work the body so that it can be a flexible moldable medium. For me, the next level is about using dance as a form of communication. So what, you can do freaky things with your body, what do you want to say? Why is that so important? Bellydance is much about women and the body. There is an inherent expression built into much bellydance which is an exclamation of the power we have over our body, and the honoring of our body as it is. I am dancing to save myself. That may sound a bit dramatic, I know, but that's kind of how I am.

Who I'd like to meet: I'm on a search for the people of my tribe...I am aching for the family who can remind me of where I came from. I want to find those bold few who are pushing the definitions and the boundaries that so many want to place upon ourselves. I want to work with people who can bring something to the table in a non-competetive way. I want to meet people who are deeply honest and sincere and non-judgmental. I want to work with people who are positive and strong. Life is too short for short-talk. Even if there is nothing to say, nothing is better then empty words. The people in my path where I'm focused are the people I want to meet. I love the people in my life. I pray in my own way for each of you in every day.

power will resonate with these messages.
Our thoughts will be like tones without sound during these 60 minutes
but mighty like thunder to be heard throughout the universe.
