An experimental project by Vladimir Ponikarovsky (lightghost) during his symphonical experiments in the Ignis Fatuus project.Started in 2005, first album produced in 2006 as a result of author's withdrawal and musical researches in various genres (mostly ambient, new age, synth-rock, ethnic music). Inspired by love&hate, history, myths, fairy-tales, dreams, nature, visions and lifetime experience. Trying to put naked emotions in a cage of a firm rhythm or to make it with no rhythm at all. Now [serenity_withdrawn]'s style gets closer to sad slow jazz, athmospheric rock, ambient and synth-rock as well but there are no measures to be set on. Still searching for beauty and something more. The secret remains uncovered.
