Former:
Was born in Sevastopol, frmr. USSR, 1966, 16 of Dec. Studied computer programming in the Sevastopol Machine-Building Institute from 1984 to 1989, but was not graduated.
Active as speculative fiction fan (tended to become a pro) since 1984, local sf club Atlantis co-founder and official chairman (1988); fan journalist, translator, fanzine publisher; published several country reports in Locus Magazine. Chief editor of the "Z.E.T." speculative fiction almanac (1992 - only one "pilot" issue was published). In 1993-1994 worked as universal employee of the "Sevastopolskaya Gazeta" weekly newspaper (bild-editor, reporter, political columnist, etc).
In 1994 moved to St. Petersburg, Russia, where worked as editor for the Terra Fantastica Publishing House (both Russian and foreign science fiction, fantasy, horror, etc) and as literary agent for the dozens of Russian genre writers (managed rights for more than 60 publishing agreements till 1998).
Member of the initial developing group of the largest Russian online shop Ozon since the fall of 1997. Service was launched in April, 1998, whith me in position of editor of book department. Since 1999 - in position of project developement manager until winter, 2001. Then manager of Internet Projects company till March, 2002, then content editor of diving portal Barracuda (National Internet Award nominee) till June, 2003, then launch and developement manager of PixArt online service till November, 2004. Then returned to book-publishing bussiness as senior editor of Red Fish imprint of Amphora Publishing House.
