About me:
I'm pixie. Hi.I like to mix plaid and stripes. I wear cat ears all the time [at home, anyway]. I like punk bands and emo lyrics and dancing to goth music. I'm a writer, but I also love photography, graphic design, and singing. I also have two jobs -- one at a college where I was hired by accident and another doing Internet stuff for a small company. I miss my old job and my friends there, as well as being paid to see and interview bands, promoting bands, all of that -- but I'm making my own attempts to do all of that again on my own.
I watch horror movies and play video games [poorly -- almost as badly as I play pool] and read comic books and collect action figures and I love cooking. I like to tell people Jason Voorhees is my dad [though I have had long conversations debating whether or not Jason even could procreate]. I talk too much most of the time. I tend to refer to myself as some sort of rabbit, in the spirit of disapproving rabbits. If you have Rock Band, I will unlock things in your game when I'm your singer, particularly if you are feeling hair-metally. I collect band hoodies like hearts. I wear my heart on my sleeve, so please don't break it. If your band has a setlist, I have probably stolen it off the stage [unless you're GWAR with your fancy laminated stuff!] I sometimes wonder what my life would be like if I had dropped out of college and gone to wrestling school, which was one of my many crackpot schemes over the years. That, or law school. I like to diversify. I think fake blood is one of the coolest things ever invented. I want to know why they stole my life to make Clementine in "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind." I am on a personal campaign to stop people from making POV/handheld-camera horror movies, as they just. don't. work. Much like the porns.
