I'm Seryiouz, Musician, Rap Artist Extraordinare, Poet, Photographer...MODERN DAY RENAISSANCE MAN. My main goal is to create great music 4 the world to listen to. Recognition is nice, but secondary in my mission. In 2005 I released my debut album, "Rise from the Wreckage,"
which recieved critical acclaim, and considered by many as an underground classic in Chicagoland. The 10 track album featured production from 12 Tones, J-Phat, Boogie Chill & R. Sowa. From that point, I tuned up my showmanship skills by touring the city in places like the legendary "Cotton Club" and the Subterrenean. In 2006, Scott Marshall, CEO of Chaodic Records heard the "Rise from the Wreckage," and was interested in signing me. The relationship birthed my latest record "Electric Liquid,"(2008) an eighteen track banger that featured established Chicago producers Harvy Allbangers, Jahmal Rashid, 12 Tones & Grant Parks to hot up and comers; C-Breeze, St. Christopher, Griff & Solitare. Unfortunately, the label folded and now I'm a free agent again. "It's my Time," off the album, has gained spins on WGCI, you can request that now. Both albums are availiable on Apple I Tunes. Get Gone, a colaboration with J-Direct in which I wrote and performed on the chorus, earned a place on an episode of The Real World in Sydney, Austrailia. I have been featured on a number of mixtapes in Chicago and around the nation. Currently, I'm crafting my latest mastepiece called "Churches & Liquor Stores," be on the lookout for that one.
