Howdy ho... I'm going to assume if you came here, then you know who I am and want to be my friend, which is cool with me, but for those of you who just stumbled onto this page, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Ses Carny and I am a professional, full time sideshow entertainer, as well as gaff artist and banner painter for sideshows and carnivals, not to mention an actor as well as stuntman and independent film producer. Now that's a lot on a plate!
This site, however, is only about my strange brand of entertainment.. Strange entertainment which has made me fortunate enough to have opened for numerous rock bands, including Warrant, L.A. Guns, Molly Hatchet, Firehouse and Beautiful Creatures to name a few, as well as top billing comedy acts such as Doug Stanhope. My bizarre talents have taken me from The Pioneer Casino in Laughlin, NV to numerous Six Flags Theme Parks all over the United States.. Odd performance art has also landed me in a few feature films as well as many, many national television shows..
I enjoy what I do, even though some people might find it shocking or disturbing. Well, it can be... If you want it to be.. I never aim to disturb anyone, unless that is the type of show you are booking me for.
Currently I am part of a team effort known as "The American Madmen", partnered with fellow entertainer, Wyck. As of right now we offer a few different types of shows to suit nearly any need for entertainment. The shows are as follows: The "Classic Circus Sideshow", which is our family friendly show. The "Hardcore Human Freakshow", which, due to the intensity and graphic nature, is the adults only show. The Ren-themed "Medival Torture Show", which is a 25 min. stage show, complete with torture stunts, presented in a family friendly way. And last but not least, the "Educational/Lecture Show", in which we give an hour lecture on the history of the circus and sideshow, along with demonstrations of some of the acts.
Wyck and I are working very hard to create an all new show, featuring brand new, never before seen stunts, which will be ready for its debut in the spring of 2009. This new show promises to me something that once seen it will never be forgotten!
