Oi Oi Oi!
I'm a promoter (sort of) who likes putting on ska bands and punk bands. street punk, dub-punk, reggae, old/new style ska, skacore, etc.
My plan is to keep putting on smaller gigs around the south-east London area with the aim of improving the reputation of South London music. Theres fantastic bands and great venues here regardless of what people say. I work with other promoters often but i'm only interested in working with bands and promoters who are in it for the music, not the money (there isnt much anyway).
For touring/out of town bands:I have and will continue to put on bands from outside London but dont be offended if i cant offer you a gig, i take a risk everytime i put on a gig and i often end up out of pocket so its difficult for me to put on a band with no local fanbase.
I only want to put on bands who are willing to be co-operative and respectful to the other acts, I dont want greedy bands and I want people to be willing to share equipment and if possible do a little bit of promotion aswell. Its not too much to ask is it?
No Racists or homophobes either!
I dont think running order has ever been accurate to the flyers so make sure you get there at the start so you dont miss the band you came to see.
Anyway If you are interested in playing let me know and I'll try to sort something out.
