We have been sevendaze for nearly two years now, starting out as a four piece and stupidly decided to bring in a second guitarist (explain later). We had locked ourselves away in our lock-up trying to perfect our sound and have a basic set list to start gigging within six months we were extremely happy with what we wrote and decided it was time to let the masses hear our new sound. We thought a great place to start was to enter the surface unsigned festival we had reached the regional final which was held at the Birmingham 02 academy main stage. This was the fourth stage and felt ecstatic to have reached this far. It was an emotional ride from start to finish a major set back was that our second guitarist decided he wanted to leave the band to pursue other ventures just after the first round leaving us less than a month to pick up the pieces and rewrite the whole set list to accompany just one guitarist we managed to battle through it nervously and got to the third stage leading onto the regional final we finished tenth. We have decided to keep the band as a four piece and are still the same line-up since the birth of SevenDaze. Our style of music is Rock/Nu-metal we want to be apart of an amazing genre of music that people think has died and want to prove it isn’t dead and is very much alive. A few of our influences are Deftones, Papa Roach, Linkin Park, Incubus ETC

Predominantly influenced by 90's Nu Metal, SevenDaze define their sound on a blend of melodic verses and gut punching Choruses. The band has received a lot of interest from media and fans over the years as they have progressed. Their first gig assault saw them reach the Midlands final of the Zimberlam battle of the bands competition and in later years have seen them Headline the Birmingham O2 Academy next door to the Metal Gods of Black Sabbath! Now 2013 holds a massive UK tour in which hopes to set a massive bench mark on the unsigned scene plus a whole new musical onslaught to put the life back into 'Live music'. SevenDaze have just come out of the recording studio with a new EP being released just in time for the UK tour in August. Review!
