I know this is kind of odd, and when I say this I'm talking to everyone that has anything to do with Seventeen, but isn't it amazing that this magazine reaches so many different people?
I was bored. I like reading. A lot of your readers have posted comments, so I decided to read through some of the more recent ones. Tell me, who hasen't done that at least once? ;P

Seventeen, do you know what you've done?
You've not only published magazines to thousands of girls, teens, and women across America (and have obviously started a great business), but you've brought all of these people together and have given them a reason to love themselves and eachother. We, as your readers, are finding things in common with eachother and are giving eachother pretty awesome ideas. We're donating to charity, fighting for causes, and believing in love.
Who would have thought that a stack of colorful, glossy paper could do that?
I don't normally make a religious reference (because I respect everyone and their beliefs), but whether you're Catholic or not, the story of Jesus and the mustard seed applies to anything and everyone. You actually hear this all the time; a small person or thing can make an enormous difference!
Seventeen and fellow readers, just water that seed, love it, and let it grow!
hey 17!!!!:):P:):P i got your issue in the mail a longggg time ago so sorry for not writing this sooner! thanks soo much for putting blake on the cover! she's great, i love gossip girl(it's my other favorite show other than one tree hill which is the best show ever!!!! and the sisterhood of the traveling pants is amazing! i liked her interview and was wondering if u could put taylor momsen or leighton meester on the cover in future issues? both would be great on seperate issues, but if i had to chose one more please put taylor on:) also please consider sophia bush(my most favorite actress)!!!!, ashley tisdale(again), demi lovato, kate voegele or emily osment as covergirls! thanks:) can't wait for the next issue! p.s.: is miley cyrus really the covergirl on the august issue??!! I have seventeen on my top 8. i love seventeen mag, it gives such great advice on friendship and love. With great tips on fashion. Reading some of the arcticles about sex and real life stories really inspire me to be a better person and to have ethical moral and values. So i appreciate everuthing, and I would love to be a friend of the month.
you probably already know this, but on the august 2008 issue you forgot the backslash ("/") on page 165 under the "How to Enter the Daily Freebies" section it reads "seventeen.com freebies" rather than "seventeen.com/freebies" :)
I love your magazine! lol I'm about to turn 20 and everyone seems to be reading cosmopolitan and Glamour but Seventeen offers so much more REAL information than those other magazines. Keep up the good work:]
i have question: ive been dreaming of working at seventeen for a long time and i was just wondering how i could get there. like, what kinds of things would i have to do? what kinds of jobs? stuff like that. i dont know if you can help me, im sure you can, but i would really appreciate the help.
Seventeen;;* You are the most amazing magazine in the world. So many issues I have, I promise you, your magazine has gotten me through them. You provide strong role models for young women to look up to, and you talk about a lot of things most people/magazines find taboo. I don't know what I'd do without you!
hey guyss! I have all your magazines from well..that past YEAR! and for school i'm going to cut out my favortie things from it and paste it onto my folders to make a collage on each of my folders :]
While reading this month's issue I got to thinking about some of the past covergirls and realized that not many of them have been plus sized. Seventeen is all about promoting great body image and telling its readers to love their bodies the way they are but not many of the covergirls quite display that. I would love to see someone like Nikki Blonsky or Jordin Sparks on THE COVER and not just featured in the mag.
Hey Seventeen! I was at a friends house and she had your newest issue in her room so I decided to read it while she gave me a pedicure. I got to the section on the strange eating habits and realized that the fact that I won't eat in front of anybody I don't know, could be bad! I already tried starving myself once to lose weight and got really sick. I no longer actually starve myself but I do hate eating in front of people. Hopefully it will get better. =)
I agree with the person below me. My hair is short but all the hair ideas in the magazine are for long hair. I'd love to see short hairstyles in the next issue!
hey seventeen, love the mag., but ever since i gave myself a little mini makeover and cut my long hair short i can't find any cute hairstyles or tricks, what's up with that? could you help me out?

Hey Seventeen! I am so in love with your magazine. i've got hundreds in my room! this months issue is awesome. blake lively seems very down-to-earth, fun, and not to mention she's uber pretty. great choice! :)
i love blake lively! she is a very much down to earth kind of gal. i love her style!!! and she is beautiful. Even though she is young, she isnt getting caught up in all of the drama that being famous brings therefore she is a great role model for young people. I love her and hopefully one day i can meet her!
Thank you so much for putting Blake Lively on the cover of seventeen. She is a great actress and role model, she tries her best to keep her private life private and she doesnt go to the clubs every night unlike alot of the young actresses in hollywood.
i am very disappointed that you put blake lively on your cover. there are a lot more girls out there that have accomplished SO much more. i was very upset seing her face on your magazine. you should have put somebody on the cover that is a role model, not just an actress in a movie about pants.
