Our goal is that the “The Streets Don’t Love You Back” Radio Show and the “Change” TV Reality Show be a vehicle to continually educate and by sharing true stories of those who lived that life, we hope to change the lives of others. HIP HOP Vs. R&B (10 P.M.- 2 A.M.) December 17th, 2009 @ The Works 1846 Michigan Ave. (On the corner of Rosa Parks, 1 block west of the old Tiger Stadium) Detroit, Mi 48216
There are many music genres out there and most urban communities enjoy Hip Hop and R&B the best, but which is better? Kulayd Entertainment plans to explore both by putting together a showcase of both Hip hop and R&B acts. Some of them are well known like Big Herk (Hip Hop) and L'Renee (R&B) and some are on a vast come up like Raw Voyces, R.A.S.E., and Deanna.
There will be 2 teams (the Hip Hop Team and the R&B Team) made up of 8 acts each. There will be a panel of judges who will be looking for lyrical content, style, and most of all crowd control,
The Hip Hop Vs. R&B event is one of the first of its kind and we expect it to be packed with both Hip Hop and R&B fans who love to enjoy a good show. Our patrons get to enjoy a local mini-concert all for the low ticket price of $10 per person. (Tickets may be purchased at the door) Show starts at 10 P.M. Sharp.
