Journey into the Sewer (The Adventures of Sewerman) is the groundbreaking, hilarious Online Comic from Redneck Comics. It is written by Eric Joseph Williams & Scott A. Williams and drawn by Scott.
The story concerns Sewerman, a young, mysterious vigilante hero prowling the streets of Quebec City in search of the evil Legion of Grouts - scrawny vegan misfits who seek to do harm to the world that has done them wrong. They are led by the shadowy Mr. Nazzi, a would-be world dictator whose motivations are unknown... but clearly evil.
Along the way, Sewerman fights robotic mimes, disgruntled midgets, time travelling steroid freaks, and the super-terrorist, Blastin' Brando. Sewerman tries to make sense of the great heroic existential dilemma, and ward off big-kneed drunken cowboy minions, all while courting the affections of the dizzy (yet pretty and promiscuous) news reporter March McNeil.
Redneck Comics has published an a collection of the first two issues of Journey into the Sewer as well as its sister book, The Sensational Seven, which poses he question: how does a super-team really function?
