The name's Nabetse (English pronunciation: Nah-bet-see; Spanish pronunciation: Nah-bet-seh) but given that a great many people mispronounce it like crazy I go by Betse, or just the simple letter B. Whatever makes you feel the most comfortable- go for it. As of March 3, 2009, I'm proud to say that I'm a mommy to a beautiful baby girl, Olivia! I think it's needless to say that there's not going back to the person I once was, but from this I learn to be a better person, friend, sister, daughter, and above all- a mom. :] Now I really learn what it is to adapt and the real meaning of multitasking. Let the fun really begin! But still, at this point in my life I love the people that are beside me causing the the most random acts of comedy and craziness that they can come up with. I love to laugh. Love, love, love it. On top of that I'm easily amused and I'll giggle at just about anything like a little girl. I'm easy to please and probably one of the most mellow people I (or more importantly you will ever) know. I love horror movies and comedies, the occasional love story, and musicals. I'm a nerd, I am, and proud of it. And books! Give me books! ♥ An additional warning: My sarcasm knows no bounds and I can be a bit of a bitch. It's nothing more than a minor technicality.

Three of my great passions are music, art, and writing. Unfortunately I can't really play any instrument but my love for music pretty much trandscends beyond that little fact. Reggae, Reggaeton, Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, 60's, 70's, & 80's Rock, Alternative, Hip Hop, Rap, Soul, R&B, Jazz, Japanese Rock, Korean Hip Hop, Classical, Opera, Oldies... Anything and everything. Art-wise I do love to paint but I haven't really done much of that in a while. When it comes to writing I tend to very much keep to myself as I find (in my own mind it seems) that I still have a long way to go. But then again everyone's their own worst critic.

My sympathy is both my blessing and my curse. My drive in life is to make everyone else's lives that much brighter. I'm big on friends and even bigger on family. My sense of humor is awesome in all it's dorky and corny glory. I dance every chance I get whether it's by myself around the house or out at the club- I drop it like it's hot. I drink like a fish when the mood is right and laugh it all off because that's the only real way to keep your sanity in life.
