The Sex Pistols have always had the association with Brazil (Rio) since the band split-up in San Fransisco in january 1978, Sid went off O.D'ing, Johnny went off to Jamaica, leaving Cook'n'Jones to go & have some fun in the sun with Ronnie Biggs - the most notorious of the Great Train Robber's - where between them they managed to produce one of the pistols biggest selling singles 'No one is Innocent' - A Punk Prayer, perhaps better known for its 'B Side' Sid's version of 'My Way' - Ronnie is now back in the u.k after surffering a series of life threatening strokes, he remains in prison hospital to this day, many people would like to see Ronnie serve his last remaining days as a free man - but it looks possible he's destined to remain a 'Government Trophy Prisoner.
We'll go over to Rio & keep the party spirit alive...

The Sex Pistols Experience are the Worlds leading & only professional tribute to the most outrageous & controvercial Rock'n'Roll band of all time.! Even today - 30yrs on, some nieve venues & promoters still run to the hill's at the very name 'The Sex Pistols' (we could name name's here!!?) its as rediculous now as it was then - all press hype, but still some people are still stupid enough to belive what they read in the British press..!!
Check out this (factually incorrect) News report from when the 'Sex Pistols Experience' were hired to re-create the Cleethorpes Winter Garden show 30yrs on, it all looks very tame these days - but it was great build up for our gig in 2007, & a great fun night for us & all who came along!! Captain Sensible was upset cos we'd drank his bottle of Jack Daniels a few nights befoire.! ;-)
