i've built several motorized bicycle kits, commonly found on other websites, and put them to the test. they go 30mph stock, will haul up to 250lbs with ease and are extreamly good on gas (at least 75-100mpg). the rear gear can be swapped for a smaller one, more like overdrive. this requires more petal assistance but it won't be so loud, you'll save gas, and it will go a bit faster (with less acceleration). it will cost an additional $50 if you would prefer the overdrive gear. i have a kit put together if you'd like to testdrive and ask questions. if interested, email me
