Vendors please arrive and setup at 8 AM. Event starts at 9:45AM, Music starts at 10AM, ends at 6pm when the loudspeaker permit expires. The Marin Alliance booth will double as Security Central and will have Name Tag Badges for Security personnel and authorized camera crews. This is a public event, but the Plaza is rented for the day and is considered private property for insurance and security purposes. We have the right to restrict filming and pro cameras, please make arrangements with Lynnette Mont-eton Shaw for authorizing filming. Unauthorized pro cameras will be confiscated by Security and returned at end of show. Any subjects photographed must have given permission to camera crew before shooting.
