Here's a few tips on creating your own look and feel to your MySpace page. First, start off by creating a test account on MySpace so you don't have to test the code on your live site. Then create the layout you want. Use the following site to choose a Div Layout Overlay Model http://www.bbzspace.com/overlay/ Don't forget to click the "Essential Links & Codes for Overlays" to get the code you'll use for your menu. Follow the instructions to paste the created code into the right places. Read all the text in the code for tips on how to space things properly. Leave your borders on to see exactly where everything is until your done, then make them 0 width to hide them. I put my graphics on my own server and then use that location in the code. You can get fancy and create code from various places that allow you to add special features but keep in mind that the servers these are fed from can vanish at any time.

1. Go to a site such as PhotoBucket and create an account.
2. Upload Pictures to your PhotoBucket account from your computer.
3. Copy the TAG code and paste it wherever in you want the picture to show.
4. To place a picture in a friends comments, simply paste the code into the comment entry box.
If you wish to use a picture you found on a website, just save the picture to your computer, and then upload.

I get a lot of people asking me why I don't have any music playing on my site. There are several reasons.

First of all... Everyone likes different music. Although I like almost ALL different kinds of music, I consider it rude to force my music on anyone else. I think what I listen to should be MY choice.

Secondly... When I surf the web, you can be sure that I have either Winamp or Jetaudio cued up with a huge playlist of my favorite tunes kickin' out the jams at maximum volume. Now I get to your site and it forces another song to play at the same time as mine. Even if I do love the tune you choose, it sure doesn't sound good now! Now multiply that by 20 because I like to power surf opening a whole bunch of tabs at the same time so by the time I'm ready to go to the next tab, it's all loaded and ready for me to use. It gets to the point I have to turn my speakers all the way down and turn the radio on. That SUX man!

Third and most importantly... You factor in that I'm out in the boonies and all I can get out here is satellite. Now I don't know if you guys know what being FAPed is but I can tell you that when it happens I'm down and out for the rest of the day. It stands for "Fair Access Policy". And it AIN'T very fair if you ask me! I can only download 400 megs per day. After that, I'm reduced to a crawl. I can't even open one page in like 10 minutes! And if it has a 5 meg mp3 file FORGET ABOUT IT! When you figure 90 percent of the myspacers force a 1 to 3 meg music file on me that I don't even listen to you can understand my frustration. So if any of you knows how I can turn off the downloading of peoples default music when I surf I'd REALLY appreciate it if you'd share it with me. TIA!

Only the people willing to read all the things I posted here deserve to hear my words of wisdom. So here they are:

Remember that people too weak to follow their own dreams will always look for ways to discourage you from following yours. If you let it happen you'll always wonder what if... Don't follow your dreams. MAKE THEM HAPPEN!
