Band Members	This is a Band started by school mates in 2005. They are: Max Warren - Our Guitarist, he shares duties with Jack the other guitarist, he is one of the founding members of Sgt Punch. Jack Walter - The other guitarist and the man who blogs. He switches duties of rythym and lead with Max. He may even do vocals from time to time. Drew Haycock- Our new Bassist, his influences consist of Flea from the Red Hot Chili Peppers and metallica Emily Downs - Shy girl who lets her drums do the talking. Awesome drummer, and great taste in music so fits in well. Nathan Aspell - After many months of searching, we found our singer, he hails from 89 fame and has since moved on to us.
Influences	Chili Peppers, Oasis, Hendrix, Libertines, Strokes, Razorlight, Hives.....Mainly Bands Like This.

About Sgt. Punch

We started in 2005 when some mates decided just to get a band up and running.

Max And Jack W have been playing guitar for a year. Emily is awesome and has been playing for ages n ages and Nathan has experience of singing from his previous band '89', which emily was the drummer in. Drew has been playing bass for over 2 years and was also with 89.

We all hope to make good music and to have a good time making this music. Hope All goes well. Tell us what you think of all of our music we would appreciate any feedback and we obviously know that we NEED RECORDING EQUIPMENT. If u can help us at all with that situation please contact or tell us please through our myspace. Nathan usually takes charge of vocals, but Jack Walter decided to do his own solo song and he sung 'Songbird' by himself not our usual singer. Pretty good job 4 a guitarist.
