About me:
Shadang is a lifestyle! It is a company that is inspired by the ancient martial arts and healing monasteries in China: Shaolin, which is known as the original kung fu monastery of the Buddhist people and Wu Dang which includes the internal arts such as Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Wu Dang follows the Taoist way of life.
The empowerment and strength of the Shaolin warriors, combined with the softness and healing capabilities of the Wu Dang monks create the perfect discipline. Shadang was created to raise awareness in the art of self healing.
