Shades of Grey, a Belgian band from Genk, Limburg, was formed in May 2003.
Five different characters with five different musical influences, like for example, rock, metal and hip hop… This combination brings us to Shades of Grey. We refuse to label our music! Groovy bass lines, strained guitar riffs, catchy vocals and a good solid portion of double bassdrums, varried with sometimes some funky drumbeats.

Our last mini cd was recorded and mixed in the ‘Grindhouse’ studio in Tessenderlo by Ivan S. (ex-Uncle Meat and ex-Toner) Mastering was done by Tony de Block at ‘Midas’ studio in Lokeren.
They already played at numerous festivals and events and 2007 was another great year for Shades of Grey with a lot of great gigs, because on stage is were we feel alive !

On the other hand 2008 has been real quite till now, cause we're currently writing new songs to put on the forthcoming album. But expect us on festivals after the recordings.
In June 2008, Rob has decided to quit the band. Due to unresolvable differences he couldn't work together with the rest anymore. We've had a fine five years behind us, and now a new era's ahead.
And from the 16th of June on, Marco, (Master P.) is joining forces with Shades of Grey as new guitarplayer. We didn 't have to think this over, we 're pretty convinced Marco is the right guy to join the band.
