That lightning was pretty sweet last night off to our N-NE...I got out of the races around 11:30 PM and on my way home i was pretty impressed by it.. Looks like something may get rolling around here again Sunday or Sunday Night.. take care Brady and have a great and safe 4th of July if i don't talk to ya before then
Hey Brady..Yea Friday was actually my 1st ever solo chase, well i guess it really wasn't a chase, since i didn't go too far, lol.. But yea i left the house about 2 PM, grabbed some lunch fast, and i kept debating whether or not to head more NW or just down to that lookout on Highway 23 by Jay Cooke State Park..i took the 2nd route, as it seemed like that line of storms would eventually push E-SE into the city, and sure enough it did, so yea not a bad storm at all! Looks like Tuesday Evening/Overnight holds our next chance for possible storms around here.. take care and sorry to hear about the camera issues and work not lettn ya get out a bit on Friday..that sucks!
doesn't look too good for our area to get many storms anytime soon, i think the Friday event is gonna end up more into Wisconsin, possibly southern Minnesota...Probably just some weak storms up in this area at that time...At least it's warming up out there, man was it lovely Today!

Been having interesting weather lately? I've had my share all week. I got paid $7 an hour on Thursday to sit with my boss in our Dodge work truck and drive thru torrential rains. It was awesome. lol.
